Hawaiian Pizza

Serving : 2-3 person
Ingredients :
- 335 g fat-free thin pizza base.
- 70 g tub of pizza sauce.
- 100 g light shaved chicken.
- 1/4 pineapple, peeled, cut into 2 cm cubes.
- 75 g button mushrooms, finely sliced.
- 1 teaspoon dried mixed italian herbs.
- 1 cup grated low-fat mozarella cheese.
- 100 g baby spinach, to serve.
Steps :
1) Preheat oven to 250°C. Place pizza base onto the baking tray. Spread with sauce.
2) Scatter chicken, pineapple, mushrooms and herbs over the base. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes, swapping trays after 8 minutes, or until bases are crisp.
3) Cut pizzas into slices. Serve with spinach.
