Easy Apple Coleslaw

Prep time : 25 minutes

Serving : 2-3 person

Ingredients :

- 3 cups chopped cabbage.

- 1 unpeeled red apple, cored and chopped.

- 1 unpeeled Granny Sminth apple, cored and chopped.

- 1 carrot, grated.

- 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper.

- 2 green onions, finely chopped.

- 1/3 cup of mayonnaise.

- 1/3 cup of brown sugar.

- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or to taste.

Steps :

1) Mix together mayonnaise, brown sugar and lemon juice into a small bowl as dressing for the salad.

2) In a large bowl, combine other ingredients.

3) Pour the dressing into the large bowl.

Yummyyyyy!!!!
